Luvli-Ugli is a small, woman-owned ceramics studio based in the Bay Area, making one-of-a-kind earthenware pottery pieces, alongside corporate and private group workshops.

Luvli-Ugli: behind the Name…
While we love to create beautiful pieces (the Luvli), we also have a penchant for making slightly less beauteous creations in the form of our signature ‘ugly mugs’ and ‘grouch pots’ (the Ugli!) At Luvli-Ugli, we think so much of the beauty is in the imperfections, and as we make every piece from scratch without the use of molds, each is unique and beautiful in its own way!

Ceramics is our passion, and we'd be so thrilled to share it with you!  Whether you're looking for a fun afternoon with friends, or something a bit different for a team-building session, our pottery painting and sgraffito carving workshops are a great blend of creative fun while learning new skills!
